Steps to Return and refund of your purchase:
- You can use the return form to request for refund or best is to login in your account on our website and start the refund process.

Return process in customer account is easier and form gets pre-filled.
Customer can then track the return process in account.

- Since we currently take payment by NEFT in Indian rupees, we will need your bank info to do return NEFT to your bank account in Indian Rupees only.
- Although we take great pride in our packing, things happen and In case if product is received defective/leaked/spilled/cracked due to damage in transport, we will need pictures of full damaged box and the item before sending a replacement item or refund of item cost.
